Dear 8th Grade Students and Parents,
Please check the calendar section of the Mandeville High Band website for the summer practice schedule. The marching season starts off this year with our 1st annual March-A-Thon. Currently the date is set for May 19th but will be changing to a later day in May. Please check the calendar for updates.
After the March-A-Thon, summer practices for the marching band begin in July. It is important that all members are there. Please plan vacation times around the schedule as much as possible.
I would also like to invite the 8th grade parents to start attending the Band Booster meetings which are held on the 1st Monday of every month. Please check the calendar for upcoming dates. The meeting is held at 7:00 pm in the high school band room. If you would like to get involved, please come and join the great parents that help to run the band program. Please keep checking this site as we get closer to the end of the semester.
